Aros Bostad takes possession of the second phase of the residential rental project Femöringen in Solna

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has taken possession of the second phase of the residential development project Femöringen in Solna. The project was acquired from NCC in November 2021 and sold as residential rental apartments to the investor Patrizia in June 2022.

The development project consists of 213 residential rental apartments, split on two phases. Aros Bostad took possesion of the first phase in February 2023. The construction of the project is started, with NCC as design and build contractor. The rental apartments will be handed over to Patrizia at completion.
