In a classic "infill project" called Grönskan, Besqab is building 40 tenant ownership apartments with a range of 1 to 4 bedrooms. Significant time has been spent on the architecture to harmonize with the 1950s houses in the area. The production of the project started in Q1 2024 and will be completed in Q1 2026.
The house is built are built according to the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and has a brick facade. Some building materials will be reused from a nearby Besqab residential project in Aspudden, to be used as paving for a pedestrian walkway.
