Besqab is developing 48 new homes by the shore of Lake Mälaren in Hägersten

The City of Stockholm is revitalizing the culturally and historically significant industrial area and opening it up for the development of a new residential neighborhood, in which Besqab has the opportunity to participate. Besqab is constructing two apartment buildings here,

The buildings will be constructed according to the Nordic Swan eco-label and will feature, among other things, wooden façades. The city is upgrading and widening the waterfront promenade, transforming it into a park area. Residents will have convenient access to the Axelsberg subway station and town center, as well as nearby services, water, and nature. The 4H farm and marina will also be preserved.
