The location for the land allocation is at the intersection of Storgatan and Armégatan in Huvudsta, Solna. Currently, the area is used for a car care facility, some food sales, a car workshop, and parking. Of the 250 new homes in the land allocation, at least half will be rental apartments, and at least 25 percent will be four-room apartments or larger.
