Besqab Signs Land Allocation Agreement for Specialized Housing Comprising Approximately 80 Apartments in Nynäshamn
Besqab AB (publ) ("Besqab") has signed a land allocation agreement with Nynäshamn Municipality for the development of a specialized housing facility for the elderly (“SÄBO”) comprising approximately 80 apartments. The agreement is subject to political approval, which is expected to be decided by the municipal council on November 13 this year.
The land allocation pertains to the new construction of a specialized housing facility with around 80 apartments in Nynäshamn, totaling approximately 5,500 square meters of gross floor area (GFA). The facility will be centrally located with views over Nynäsviken, offering high-quality living environments including landscaped outdoor areas and a rooftop terrace. Construction is estimated to begin in 2026/2027, with operations expected to commence around the turn of the year 2028/2029. The agreement is conditional upon political approval.
