Aros Bostad completes and hands over residential rental apartment project in Nacka

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has completed the third and final phase of the residential development project O2 Orminge in Nacka, which was sold in July 2021 as part of a deal with rental apartment buildings. The buyer is CBRE Investment Management.

The third phase of O2 Orminge corresponds to four buildings with 104 residential rental apartments, which are now handed over to the buyer. Handover of the remaining development project in the deal, Viggby Ängar phase one, is planned for Q3 2023.
