Besqab and ALFA Development completes the acquisition of development rights for approximately 400 upcoming homes in Solna

The acquisition from Humlegården Fastigheter includes the properties Gelbgjutaren 3, 4, 10, 13, 14 and 17 with development rights for approximately 400 homes, corresponding to approximately 34,000 square meters of light GFA. The acquisition takes place in a joint venture between Besqab and ALFA Development.
The Södra Hagalund area in Solna is undergoing transformation. In the new district, housing, commerce, workplaces and services are being developed. The new line of the metro will pass and connect the area with Stockholm's inner city. The properties are covered by the legally binding zoning plan that allows for apartment buildings around a common green courtyard. The ambition is to create long-term sustainable homes with strong social values, high architectural quality and good living environments. Besqab and ALFA Development are planning for four phases with mixed tenure forms, to attract multiple target groups and create a vibrant neighborhood
