Besqab and John Mattson form joint venture for residential development on Lidingö and in Solna

Besqab and John Mattson have formed a joint venture with the purpose of developing two residential projects. Fyrtornet 5 on Lidingö comprises future development rights for approximately 89 apartments, planned to be developed as condominiums. Koltrasten 1 in Solna comprises future development rights for approximately 250 apartments, with a combination of condominiums and rental apartments.

Besqab’s core business is condominium housing development, while John Mattson has long-standing experience in the development and management of rental housing. The combination of the companies’ complementary expertise ensures optimized quality and functionality tailored to the respective customer groups.
