Besqab starts production of 82 residential homes in Hornsbergs strand
The housing project which is named, “House of Nelly” is a 9 floor high building which frames a quiet and green courtyard with seating areas and a greenhouse. The house will have brick facades, recessed balconies and the apartments on the entrance floor have their own patios. The size of the apartments varies between 1–5 rooms. The apartments at the top of the house have roof terraces with views of Nelly Sachs Park and the lake. Estimated occupancy from mid-2028.
Besqab has high ambitions on sustainability goals and the project are built according to Sweden Green Building Council. The architects are Kjellander Sjöberg and builder is Kungsmontage.
