Besqab's residential project Aspen is completed, and all the apartments are sold
Aspen is an "infill project" where Besqab has built two houses comprising 47 condominiums.
The project started production in the third quarter of 2024. The houses have been built in accordance with The Nordic Swan Ecolabel to meet ambitious environmental, climate and health requirements.
The project has met Besqab's high goals, regarding both financial and sustainability. The climate footprint in the climate declaration was 260 kgCO2e/m² BTA, which corresponds to Besqab's target value for the project. Besqab's project is also measured by satisfied customers and Aspen currently has a high CSI (Satisfied Customer Index) of 81.
