Aros Bostad signs construction contract with MVB Öst for another 92 apartments in Sundbyberg

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has signed an agreement with MVB Öst AB for the construction of 92 apartments in central Sundbyberg, corresponding to the second phase of the development project Fabriksparken T1 and T2.

Fabriksparken comprises three new residential blocks in total, of which Aros Bostad is developing one block with 191 apartments. The apartment sale is started for both phases and the production of the second phase will start during Q2 2022. MVB Öst is design and build contractor for both phases.
