Two companies became one

Besqab, as of today, was formed during the spring 2024, when the two companies Aros Bostadsutveckling (founded 2006) and Besqab (founded 1989) merged. Both companies have been active on the same market, with similar product offerings – development of long-term sustainable homes and attractive living environments.

The companies merged in order to create a new company with an even stronger market position and a broader portfolio of development projects and management properties, which in turn provides the conditions for increased production volumes, stable cash flows and new business opportunities.
