Last day of trading and delisting of Aros Bostad's preference shares of class A

Today, 19 July 2021, is the last day of trading in Aros Bostadsutveckling AB's (publ) ("Aros Bostad" or the "Company") preference shares of class A, which today are also delisted from Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

As the Company has previously communicated, the board of directors of the Company has resolved to redeem all 104,041 preference shares of class A.

The redemption amount per share is, as stipulated in the articles of association, SEK 100, SEK 10,404,100 in total for all shares. Payment to holders of preference shares of class A on the record date 21 July 2021 is expected to occur on 26 July 2021.
