Aros Bostad choses to return the AIFM authorisation to Finansinspektionen

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) is no longer conducting business which is subject to authorisation according the Alternative Investment Funds Act (2013:561), and has therefore chosen to return the AIF management authorisation to Finansinspektionen (Sweden's financial supervisory authority). The target is to conduct 100% of the company’s coming projects as fully owned projects in order to accelerate growth of the net asset value.

Now, our financial structure has been re-weighted so that a larger part of the residential development projects are conducted as fully owned projects. The return of the AIFM-authorisation to the financial supervisory authority brings better pre-requisites for continued expansion, since it allows for larger transactions where Aros Bostad’s shares can be used as means of payment.”
