Aros Bostad contracts Active Bygg for new residentials in Upplands-Bro

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has signed a design and build contract with Active Bygg AB (“Active Bygg”) regarding 39 terraced houses within Slottsparken Bro in Upplands-Bro. The houses, which are created by Waldemarson Arkitekter, are built with wooden frames and facades.

”The agreement comprises construction of 39 wooden houses within the project Slottsparken Bro, which is our first project in Upplands-Bro. We feel confident in contracting Active Bygg, since the company puts climate issues and work environment high on the agenda, just like Aros Bostad.”

The sales process is ongoing and groundwork has been started with Skanska as contractor.
