Aros Bostadsutveckling AB (”Aros Bostad”) presents a new business plan for the period 2022-2025 with updated financial and operational targets. The business plan, and the new targets, will be presented in detail at Aros Bostad’s capital markets day, today 16 May 2022, at 9.30-11.30 am.

Financial targets:

  • Project margin: 20 %
  • Operating margin: 15 %
  • Equity ratio: 30 %
  • Units in production: 1 200 – 1 400 
     

Summary of other prioritized targets for the business plan period:

  • Broaden the product offering with elderly and LSS-housing, schools and pre-schools
  • Establish a portfolio with rental residential properties, for own property management
  • Certify Aros Bostad’s listed shares according to Nasdaq Green Equity Designation
  • Decrease climate impact during the construction period with 25%
  • SCI/NKI top 3 on all markets (satisfied customer index)
  • Employees promoting Aros Bostad: eNPs above 50
