Aros Bostad signs contract with Bygg R1 for the next phase of Viggby Ängar in Täby

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has signed a design and build contract with Bygg R1 AB (”Bygg R1”) regarding construction of 46 apartments and a garage, corresponding to the second phase of the residential development project Viggby Ängar in Täby.

The residential area is designed by Berglund Arkitekter and will comprise a total of 250 residential units, split on terraced housing and apartments as both tenant ownerships and rental apartments.
