Aros Bostad’s development project T2 Fabriksparken in Sundbyberg has sold out
Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has sold the last apartment out of 99 in the residential development project T2 Fabriksparken. The project, which consists of two phases with a total of 191 apartments, was acquired in June 2020 as a Joint Venture with the Finnish Investor Varma. Handover to customers begins in the first quarter of 2023.

During Q3 2022, a binding agreement was signed regarding acquisition of a portfolio with 1,505 building rights, corresponding to 34 project opportunities. 23 of the projects were handed over in October 2022.
