Continuing high demand for new-build residentials – Aros Bostad’s project in Danderyd has sold out

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has noted a high demand for new-build residentials over the last year and the trend has continued into the beginning of 2022. The last apartment, out of the 86 apartments in the first phase of the project Invernesshöjden in Danderyd, has now been sold.

Invernesshöjden is a new residential area, close to the Hospital of Danderyd, which will embrace ca 400 new apartments. The first phase, which is built by NCC, is close to completion and all apartments are sold out.
