Aros Bostad appoints new CFO, Head of Finance and Transaction and Head of Legal

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has appointed Maja Dahlén as new CFO for the business as of 1 March 2023. Furthermore, Daniel Bergström has been appointed Head of Finance and Transaction and Emmy Fredenklo has been appointed Head of Legal.

Maja Dahlén has worked at Aros Bostad since 2017, of which the three last years as Financial Director. Maja replaces Ken Wendelin, who leaves the company, and takes position in the management team as of 1 March 2023. The role as Financial Director is assumed by Alexander Kjäll, who has chosen to come back to Aros Bostad after a couple of years outside the company.

Daniel Bergström has a solid experience from Aros Bostad, after eight years as Business Developer and Transaction Manager. Daniel is instantly appointed Head of Finance and Transaction, which is a new role within the company.

Emmy Fredenklo joined Aros Bostad as Legal Counsel in 2021, from a previous position at a law firm, and was appointed Head of Legal around new year when the legal team within Aros Bostad was expanded.

Aros Bostad’s current CFO and deputy CEO Ken Wendelin will, as previously announced, start a new engagement outside the group. Ken will however work for Aros Bostad until 30 April, to secure that Aros Bostad’s new CFO and Head of Finance and Transaction are getting into their new roles.
