Aros Bostad completes and hands over residential rental apartment project in Täby

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has completed and handed over the first phase of the residential development project Viggby Ängar in Täby. The project was sold to CBRE Investment Management in July 2021, as part of a residential rental apartment deal.

Magnus Andersson, CEO Aros Bostad says:
”We are happy to hand over a quality residential project, on time, to the buyer CBRE Investment Management. Viggby Ängar is a good example of how Aros Bostad works with adapting the form of tenure to the market situation. Originally we planned for tenant ownerships, but over time we changed two of the phases to residential rental apartments, which have been divested to two different investors.” 

The first phase of Viggby Ängar, which is now handed over to CBRE Investment Management, comprises a residential building with 102 rental apartments. Viggby Ängar comprises four phases with 283 apartments in total, split on rental apartments, tenant ownerships and terraced houses.
