Aros Bostad divests minor property in Täby

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has divested and handed over the property Täby Grossisten 1 to an external buyer. The property, which was part of the project area for Aros Bostad’s development project Viggby Ängar, is not planned for residential purpose. The purchase price exceeds the booked value.
