Aros Bostad divests minor residential development project in Salem

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has divested Parkvillorna, a minor residential development project in the municipality of Salem, to a purchase price above booked value. The buyer, Tantalos Utveckling AB, takes possession of the project when the building permit gains legal force.

Parkvillorna was part of the larger building rights portfolio which was acquired from ALM Equity during 2022. The project is divested since neither size or location match with the strategy for Aros Bostad’s building rights portfolio.
