Aros Bostad has started the production of 170 apartments in sold-out residential project in Danderyd

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has signed an agreement with NCC regarding ground works and started the production of Invernesshöjden’s third phase, corresponding to 170 residential apartments. The third phase of Invernesshöjden is sold as a rental residential project and all apartments are thereby reported as sold.

Magnus Andersson, CEO Aros Bostad says:
”It feels great to continue to start residential projects in line with the business plan in a market where production starts have been significantly reduced. We have had a good cooperation with NCC for the first two phases of Invernesshöjden and are happy to have signed an agreement for the ground works for the third phase.”

Invernesshöjden’s third phase will be certificed according to the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. Handover of the rental residental project will take place at time of completion, which is planned for 2026. The production of the first phase with 86 tenant ownership apartments is completed and the second phase with 153 rental residential apartments is under production.
