Aros Bostad obtains building permit for 22 new homes in Ekerö

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has obtained building permit for 22 new residential units in the development project Hofgården in Ekerö municipality, which is part of the building rights portfolio that Aros Bostad acquired from ALM Equity during 2022.

The building permit contains 22 units in the third and final phase of detached and semi-detached within the area Ekerövallen. The production start is planned for the autumn 2023. Sales and construction of the second phase, Gällsta, is ongoing and planned for completion in the end of the third quarter of 2023.
