Aros Bostad signs bank financing for portfolio of residential rental buildings

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has, through a banking syndicate with Nordea and Swedbank, signed financing for three residential development projects in the rental apartments portfolio which was sold to Patrizia in June 2022. Thereby, financing is secured for all projects in the residential rental building portfolio. 

In June 2022, Aros Bostad divested a large portfolio of residential rental development projects to the global asset manager Patrizia. According to the agreement, Aros Bostad develops the residential apartments and the buyer gets access to each project at time of completion. The first project is already financed by a large Swedish bank. Now, financing for the construction of the remaining three buildings is signed with a banking syndicate between Nordea and Swedbank. All projects are under construction.
