Aros Bostad signs design and build contract with Active Bygg for 15 new terraced houses in Huddinge

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has signed a design and build contract with Active Bygg AB regarding 15 terraced houses in Huddinge, corresponding to one out of three phases with residential buildings within the residential development project Tallbacken, Snättringe. The terraced houses, which are planned for completion during the first quarter of 2024, are constructed with wooden frames and facades.

One development phase consists of four residential apartment buildings, which will be built as rental apartments for the investment manager Patrizia. The final phase, which is not started yet, will consist of terraced houses. Waldemarson Architects has created all residential buildings within the project.
