Aros Bostad signs design-build contract with TL Bygg for 156 rental apartments in Huddinge

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has signed a design-build contract with TL Bygg for the construction of four residential apartment buildings, with a total of 156 rental apartments. All apartments are sold as part of a larger rental residential portfolio.

The project Tallbacken Snättringe consists of ca 190 residential units, split on rental apartment buildings and terraced houses, planned as tenant ownerships. The contract with TL Bygg concerns the production of four residential apartment buildings with a total of 156 apartments, which are estimated to be completed in 2025. The project was started in the end of 2022, when the ground works started. In parallel, 15 terraced houses are being built in the southern part of the area. All residential buildings are constructed to be certified with the Nordic Swan label.
