Aros Bostad’s new-build project Ektorpsbacken in Nacka is sold out

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB (publ) starts the new year with selling the last out of 52 tenant ownership apartments in Ektorpsbacken, Nacka. The project, which is built out of wood and certified with the Nordic Swan label, was completed in 2023. 

Ektorpsbacken comprises a four-story building with 52 apartments of different sizes, designed by DinellJohansson Architects and built by Moelven. The project, which is built with wooden frames and facades, was Aros Bostad’s first project to be certified in accordance with the Nordic Swan eco-label. With the final sale in Ektorpsbacken, all projects in the Fund Aros Bostad III are completed and sold out.
