Besqab acquires building rights for 60 new homes in Värmdö

Besqab AB (publ) ("Besqab") has acquired the property Mörtnäs 1:587 in Värmdö municipality through a company acquisition. The acquisition includes building rights for the new construction of approximately 60 residential units, split on apartment buildings and terraced houses. The zoning plan for the property is expected to gain legal force in early 2025, with the implementation period starting five years thereafter.
