Besqab Acquires Development Rights for 20 New Homes in Nacka Strand
Besqab AB (publ) ("Besqab") has signed an agreement with Alecta Fastigheter regarding the acquisition of the property Sicklaön 13:140 in Nacka, which includes an existing parking garage and a fully zoned development right for approximately 20 new residential units. The acquisition is structured as a share deal. The project will be carried out under the management of Wallin Bostad. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 52 million, and the transfer of ownership will take place upon receipt of a building permit, estimated around the turn of the year.

The purchase price is approximately SEK 52 million, and the transfer will occur upon receipt of a building permit.
The residential project will be carried out under the management of Wallin Bostad. Besqab and Wallin Bostad have agreed that the property will be transferred to Wallin Bostad for this purpose. The transfer to Wallin Bostad will take place after the initial acquisition, and no earlier than the fourth quarter of this year. Wallin Bostad has already begun preparations for the start of construction.
