Besqab and Wallin Bostad Strengthen Collaboration with Premium Residential Project in Nacka Strand
Besqab AB (publ) (“Besqab”) today took possession of the property Sicklaön 13:140 in Nacka, which was acquired from Alecta Fastigheter through a share deal in July. The development rights have been immediately transferred to Wallin Bostad, which will develop 27 premium apartments in the Ellensvik project.

Ellensvik is a relatively small project in a fantastic location, perfectly aligned with the strategy for premium apartments.”
In July, an agreement was signed with Alecta Fastigheter regarding the acquisition of Sicklaön 13:140, including development rights in Nacka Strand, for a purchase price of approximately SEK 52 million. The property was taken over today, December 18, and as planned, immediately transferred to Wallin Bostad for the development of 27 premium apartments. Besqab owns 50 percent of Wallin Bostad, and the companies have a shared ambition to expand the collaboration going forward.
