Besqab first to break ground with new condominiums in Slakthusområdet
Besqab AB (publ) (“Besqab”) broke ground for the new housing project Fransyskan in Slakthusområdet. The block includes a total of 122 condominium apartments and a preschool. The project is being built through a turnkey contract and is built in accordance with the Nordic Ecolabel “Svanen”.
Besqab’s CEO Magnus Andersson broke ground together with Anders Göransson, chairman of the Södermalm district council and member of the Exploitation Committee of the City of Stockholm. The ground breaking was done by blasting away a piece of rock to prepare for the foundation.

The homes have been very well received by the market and the homes will be ready in the beginning of 2028.”
