Aros Bostad = True
Together, we get a broader residential offer and become a stronger partner. Now you can find all information about us and our homes in the same place, under the Besqab brand.

Magnus Andersson, CEO of Besqab, says:
“We are very pleased to take possession of the House of Nelly project as planned and to be able to commence construction shortly. Minimizing the time between acquisition and construction start is in line with our strategy to operate in a capital-efficient manner. Sales of the apartments have already begun with strong market interest, resulting in a solid booking level in the project.”
The acquisition from Fabege comprises approximately 8,000 sqm of gross floor area (GFA), for a purchase price of approximately SEK 200 million. The 82 residential units are planned as tenant-owner apartments and will be designed to meet Besqab’s high standards in terms of climate performance and energy efficiency.
The acquisition includes part of the Paradiset 23 property, located along Nordenflychtsvägen in western Kungsholmen. Over the past fifteen years, western Kungsholmen has undergone extensive urban development with the addition of offices, housing, and services. The zoning plan for Paradiset 23 gained legal force in 2024 and includes, in addition to new housing, plans for renovation and new construction of office space, with the aim of creating a vibrant new streetscape in the area bordering Stadshagen and Hornsbergs strand.
