Besqab hands over rental properties in Solna and Danderyd

Besqab AB (publ) ("Besqab") hands over the first phase of the rental housing project Femöringen in Solna and the third phase of the rental housing project Inverness in Danderyd to the buyer Patrizia. The takeover is taking place according to schedule.

Besqab has handed over two more projects in the portfolio of rental housing projects that are divested to the global asset manager Patrizia in June 2022.

The first phase of the Femöringen project that is being handed over consists of 157 rental apartments and is one of two rental housing projects in Solna that have been divested to Patrizia. In addition, the third phase of Inverness in Danderyd, which includes 170 rental apartments, is being handed over. All rental housing projects in Danderyd that were included in the portfolio are now handed over.

The completed projects have been handed over in accordance with the original schedule.
