Besqab hands over rental property project in Solna

Besqab AB (publ) ("Besqab") has handed over the second and final phase of the rental property project “Femöringen” in Solna to the buyer Patrizia. The takeover is taking place according to schedule.

Besqab has handed over the last project in the portfolio of rental property projects that was divested to the global asset manager Patrizia in June 2022.

The second phase of Femöringen that was handed over today consists of 56 rental apartments and is the last of two rental property projects in Solna that were divested to Patrizia. The completed project has been handed over in accordance with schedule.
