Besqab starts production of 32 new homes in Vaxholm
Besqab develops Norrberget – an area in central Vaxholm beautifully situated with views of the sea. Besqab has already completed the Skutan/Eken and Utsikten blocks here and has begun construction on Berghällen and Storgården. Now, Besqab is starting construction of Höjden, the final block in the area. The 32 homes consist of 22 apartments, 8 townhouses, and 1 semi-detached house. The homes are designed for the premium segment, featuring spacious layouts, private patios, and excellent views of the sea.
The architects are Södergruppen Arkitekter, and the project is being built in accordance with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel certification. The project is being constructed under a split contract arrangement with Besqab’s own on-site management team. Move-ins are expected to start in the third quarter of 2028.
