The property Postiljonen 10 in Huddinge was acquired in December 2020 together with another five adjacent properties, which were accessed during the first quarter this year. Aros Bostad plans for ca 120 apartments and 40 terraced houses within the area, split on several construction phases.
The apartment buildings are part of the fund Aros Bostad IV, while the terraced houses are acquired by Aros Bostad. All phases will be conducted in a joint venture with Frentab. The production is estimated to start during the first quarter 2022 and the whole area is estimated for completion in 2025.
The property Brogård 1:174 in Upplands-Bro was acquired by Aros Bostad in May 2021. The plan is to produce 33 terraced houses with construction start during the first quarter 2022 and completion during 2023.
