Aros Bostad acquires company with residential development project in Slakthusområdet

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB (publ) (”Aros Bostad”) has acquired the company LS Slakthusgränd AB (”LS Slakthusgränd”) from LaTERRE Ventures AB and Stackelberg Holding AB. The company acquisition is in line with the strategy to continuously acquire attractive project development opportunities to Aros Bostad’s building rights portfolio.

Earlier in 2022, LS Slakthusgränd entered into development agreement with the City of Stockholm regarding a block within the first phase of Slakthusområdet in southern Stockholm. The agreement comprises ca 4,000 sqm of land area with the possibility to develop ca 130 new residential apartments, commercial premises on ground-level and a pre-school. Access to the property is estimated for the first quarter of 2024.
