Aros Bostad signs design-build contract for Viggby Ängar’s third phase and starts the production of 111 residential rental apartments

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB (”Aros Bostad”) has signed a design-build contract for the construction of the third phase of Viggby Ängar in Täby, which corresponds to a residential building with 111 rental apartments. All apartments are already sold as part of a larger portfolio with residential rental buildings.

The design-build contract is signed with Bygg R1 for the construction of 111 residential rental apartments, which corresponds to the third phase of Viggby Ängar. All apartments within the phase were sold to Patrizia as part of a larger residential rental portfolio in 2022. Handover takes place after completion, which is estimated for 2025. All apartments are constructed to be certified with the Nordic Swan label.
