Aros Bostad takes possession of the property Femöringen 2 in Solna

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has taken possession of the property Femöringen 2 in Solna, which was acquired by NCC in November 2021. The property corresponds to the first phase of the residential development project Femöringen, which was divested to the global investor Patrizia in June 2022.

The possession of the property was conditioned by the signing of a construction contract with NCC, which was communicated mid-February this year. The development project will consist of 213 residential rental apartments, split on two phases.
