The acquisition from Atrium Ljungberg includes the property Stanford 1 with building rights for approximately 235 homes, corresponding to approximately 20,900 sqm of gross floor area. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 818 million. Besqab plans for two apartment buildings, which will be carried out in two phases with access and planned production start in December 2026 and August 2027. The seller will handle the foundation and construction of the basement floor and the underlying garage.
The project is centrally located in Hagastaden, adjacent to the new park area and close to the planned subway station. Hagastaden is characterized by high urbanity, strong communications, and proximity to services, green areas, and Karolinska Institutet. The detailed plan for the area gained legal force in 2011.
