Besqab Divests Building Rights in Vallentuna

Besqab AB (publ) (“Besqab”) has divested the properties Ormsta 1:35 and Ormsta 1:1096-1:1113, which include building rights for approximately 90 residential units in Ormsta, Vallentuna. The building rights have been sold to three different buyers for a total purchase price of approximately SEK 100 million.

The properties Ormsta 1:35 and Ormsta 1:1096-1:1113, with building rights for around 90 homes, have been sold to BoKlok AB, LICA Fastigheter AB, and Svanberg & Sjögren Bygg AB. The total purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 100 million, and the buyers will take possession of the properties gradually during May and June 2025.
