Besqab starts the construction of 93 new homes in central Stockholm
Besqab AB (publ) (“Besqab”) has started the building construction of the housing project Tegelwik with a groundbreaking ceremony. Besqab’s CEO Magnus Andersson and Anders Österberg, Chairman of the Development Board in the City of Stockholm, took part in the ceremony along with Andreea Kaiser, Group CEO ALFA Development (capital partner) and Hanna Lindskog, CEO at Åke Sundvall, (building contractor).
The 93 new residential apartments are situated in the calmer part of the popular district Södermalm, between Åsöberget and Vitabergsparken. The apartments will have views the Stockholm bay. The apartments are close to city life, restaurants, cafés and cultural offerings.
We will use green concrete, solar panels and recycled materials in the project, in line with Besqab's strategy to systematically reduce the climate footprint.
