Besqab to Develop 140 New Homes at Hägernäs Strand in Täby
Besqab AB (publ) (“Besqab”) is planning approximately 140 new residential units in a highly attractive seaside location at Hägernäs Strand in Täby Municipality. The zoning plan has now gained legal force, and construction of the homes - developed in accordance with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel - is scheduled to begin in 2026.

Hägernäs Strand is a sought-after residential area offering proximity to water, nature, service, and excellent public transport. The area previously housed the F2 air force base, and several of the historic buildings have been preserved and repurposed for commercial use. Besqab’s project, one of the last phases in the development area, has been designed by Strategisk Arkitektur and comprises six buildings with apartments of varying sizes, as well as seven urban townhouses. The majority of the homes, which are planned in accordance with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, will offer views of Hägernäsviken.
