Sold Out in Besqab’s Development Project Viggby Ängar in Täby

By combining different forms of tenure and housing concepts, we are able to attract multiple target groups while also completing the development at an efficient pace.”

The Viggby Ängar project in Täby has been carried out in four phases and comprises a total of 274 homes. The development has been characterised by a strong focus on sustainability, architectural quality and proximity to nature and local services. All completed homes have been certified in accordance with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.

The townhouses, which constitute the final phase of the project, are being constructed to meet Nordic Swan Ecolabel requirements and energy class B standards, and will incorporate solutions such as solar panels, sedum roofs, climate-improved concrete and wood fibre insulation.

The project consists of 213 rental apartments, 46 condominiums and 15 townhouses in condominium form. Construction and completion have been carried out gradually between 2021 and 2026. The phases comprising rental apartments were divested to CBRE Investment Management in 2021 and Patrizia in 2022. The entire project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
